The Company provides note creation, storage, folder management, synchronization, and related features.
2. Registration and Account
- Users must provide accurate information.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information.
- Users must not use another person's account without authorization.
3. User Obligations
- Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
- Users must not interfere with the operation of the service.
- Users must not store or distribute unlawful or rights-infringing content.
4. Service Changes and Suspension
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service due to maintenance, incident response, policy changes, or similar reasons.
5. Paid Services
The Company may operate paid features. Details of pricing and benefits may be provided through the app or separate notices.
6. Disclaimer
The Company may limit liability for damages arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, service failures, system errors, network issues, or user fault.
The synchronization and backup features for note data are provided as a convenience to users and do not guarantee permanent storage or complete recovery of note content.
Accordingly, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, omission, or recovery failure of data, and users are responsible for maintaining separate backups of important data.
